Good Game, Needs Improvements

Outstanding game. It could use the following improvements:
- A difficulty setting to make the game easier for casual gamers
- An easier way to see a units experience level (like the old Panzer Generals 5 star system).
- More variation in casualty calculation. The numbers quoted are almost always the same as the actual loss.
- Some way to show loss of morale, affecting combat performance. Similar to Panzer General, units retreating under repeated assault, surrendering, or losing their combat effectiveness.
- a readily identifiable marker showing core units.
